WHO IS ADAM?
I am Adam! I film weddings because I believe every couple has a story to tell and I LOVE telling stories through film. Driven by my passions in life: film, music, people, travel, and most importantly — emotion. Capturing an emotion in a creative and meaningful way is never easy, but it’s the process of capturing these moments on the most important day of your life that keep me coming back to the challenge. I constantly try to improve my craft, always striving to make the next film better than the last.
The goal of Adam Quinlan Films is simple: capture the emotion and story of one day in the most moving way possible. This means not only capturing the events of the day, but capturing them in a way that utilizes the best possible movement, angles, and lighting. Teamed with Ivory Rose Media, our social media marketing division, we are all young yet experienced filmmakers that consistently deliver innovative, fresh, and clean wedding cinema. We stay current on new trends and incorporate them into a constantly progressing style.
From Walpole, MA -- I started my journey in film way back as a part of the largest high school film festival in New England at Walpole H.S. My sister Emily, whom I now work side-by-side with, introduced me to the world of film after urging me to join the program. My most prized work was created my senior year: a documentary about a student suffering from severe Epilepsy, called "A Day in the Life". I then attended Salve Regina University, playing basketball and minoring in film. While in college, I applied for a job with a wedding videographer as a second shooter. After about a year, I decided it was time to give it a shot on my own. I began to invest in equipment, advertise, and began the journey of starting a business. 5 years and over 100 weddings later, here I am!
In the spring of 2015, I began work at Barstool Sports (www.barstoolsports.com), a nationally recognized sports and humor online publication. While there, I produced a daily talk show called "The Rundown", as well as filming a few comic skits as content arose. My work has accumulated over 10,000,000 views and been featured on Comedy Central!
I have also worked with Proctor & Gamble producing Gillette Razor commercials with well known professional athletes such as Danny Amendola and Malcolm Butler of the New England Patriots.
